Zero Otto Nove Bronx
About This Spot
Stepping into Zero Otto Nove Bronx is like discovering a warm corner of Naples tucked into the heart of Arthur Avenue’s vibrant Italian neighborhood. The moment you arrive, the intimate, inviting atmosphere wraps around you gently — a soft hum of background music, the quiet clink of glasses, and the subtle warmth of an open kitchen where care and tradition meet.
This is no rushed neighborhood stop; it unfolds at an unhurried pace where conversations linger and each dish arrives with a thoughtful presence. The mood strikes a balance between casual comfort and refined simplicity—a place where the bustle of the Bronx feels momentarily softened into something more leisurely and personal.
The menu is a quiet celebration of authentic Southern Italian flavors, crafted with fresh ingredients and a reverence for time-honored recipes. Guests might find themselves savoring a perfectly blistered Margherita pizza that breathes with the heat of a wood-fired oven, or dipping into plates of squid ink pasta that feel both bold and delicate. Seafood specials and grilled dishes bring a coastal freshness that echoes the Mediterranean, while traditional desserts offer a gentle, sweet punctuation to the meal.
Beyond the food, what lingers is the attentive but unobtrusive service — going about their work with a natural ease that feels more like welcoming guests into a friend’s home than serving at a restaurant. Here, the small moments—a shared cocktail perfectly poured, a quiet check-in to ensure comfort, the gentle pace of dinner that invites relaxation—gather into a quietly memorable experience.
Zero Otto Nove Bronx doesn’t shout to be noticed; it invites you to lean in, enjoy the simple richness of good conversation, good wine, and the unmistakable comfort of honest Italian cooking in a neighborhood where tradition breathes in every corner.

Super dreamy restaurant and great service from all the staff, food is fresh and although it was really warm we were comfortable. We got the chicken breast, broccoli rabe and broccoli rabe pasta, the meatballs and the steak! All of it was delicious and worth the price. The super fruit cosmo martini was delicious.

We had a really good experience at this place. We called to book a table and the staff was very friendly. Our food was delicious and the service was super efficient. The place is also quiet, they play music in the background but it’s not loud.

The food is a strong no, maybe I am not a fan of Asian food, but some of their dishes are definitely in need of a review. Our waiter is definitely an icon in the business, waitress, bartender and answering the phone, true champ

We had an incredible dinner here last night. I was with my wife and our two daughters, and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. The drinks set the tone right away. The Passion Fruit Martini and Super Fruit Cosmo were both fantastic, and the Pinot Grigio was a perfect complement to the meal. We started with the Grilled Octopus and Fried Calamari. Both were terrific and such an inviting way to kick off the evening. For our mains, my wife and I had the Risotto alla Pescatore, which was rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Our daughters ordered the Pasta al Forno and the Margherita Pizza, and both dishes were outstanding. Our server, Endrit, deserves a special shoutout. He, along with the rest of the team, provided excellent service and made us feel like family. That level of hospitality really made the night memorable. Highly recommended. We will definitely be returning!

From the moment I walked in, the whole experience was unforgettable. It truly felt like I stepped right into Little Italy almost like a hidden speakeasy with its warm, intimate vibe. The waiters were incredibly professional, and the customer service was top-tier from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, yea a little on the pricey side, but worth every single penny. I left impressed, satisfied, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend! I went with the kids 10/14 My younger one have the spaghetti and meatballs. I have the mussels for appetizer. My older son had a pork chop. Nothing comes with pasta or bread. Everything is separate. Which my son was disappointed. I was suggested the waiters give everybody a heads up just in case if you get a protein let them know that you need to get a side separate.

Zero Otto Nove, in the Bronx, was a pretty fantastic experience! The food was wonderful, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and there was a real family feel to the place. Ever have potatoes on pizza? Make sure you come here to try it, it was amazing! From the bread before the meal to the left over chocolate sauce on the dessert plate, Zero Otto Nove is a great place to eat! Absolutely would recommend!

A fun, casual and delicious lunch. The place was full for a Thursday afternoon and the waitstaff were fantastic! Attentive without being overbearing. The food was good. Not the best I have had, but tasty pasta and good and simple arugula salad. The broccoli rabe had all the great taste, but was more well-cooked than I prefer. Tiramisu was lovely. I'm a lifelong New Yorker, but it was my first time on Arthur Avenue, but definitely not my last. I would definitely come back to try out their pizza.
